WHO WE ARE
We Fix What Others Overlook
North Vancouver weather is relentless. Constant rain, freeze-thaw cycles, and high humidity create a “ticking time bomb” for masonry and roofing. Most contractors will tell you to tear everything down and start over—costing you tens of thousands.
At Red Brick Chimney Services, we specialize in the art of restoration. We identify the “Critical Junctions”—those specific points like chimney flashing, skylight seals, and mortar joints where 90% of home damage begins. By focusing on precision repairs and structural repointing, we extend the life of your North Vancouver home and save you from unnecessary replacements.

★★★★★
Outstanding Chimney Brick Repair! I hired Red Brick Chimney to repair the brickwork on my dad’s 75-year-old house, and I couldn’t be happier. Mike was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. He carefully assessed the damage, explained the work, and gave a fair estimate — unlike other companies that wanted to remove and cap the old chimney for more money. Mike’s repair was excellent: the bricks were repointed, mortar joints reinforced, and metal mesh added to keep animals out. He worked safely, cleaned up daily, and kept us updated throughout. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and service. Mike went above and beyond — my dad’s old chimney looks brand new again! Highly recommend Red Brick Chimney Ltd.
★★★★★
Mike @ Red Brick was good to deal with. He provided me an estimate that was clear and detailed the work needed. He was very in tune with what had to be done to my aging chimneys. (I had issues with one chimney leaking water at the base after heavy rain.) I was impressed with the great job he did overall. My chimneys look way better. The new flashing looks good and I’m confident the leaking issue is fixed. He gave me a written warranty. I would highly recommend Mike and Red Brick Chimney!

Common Questions About Vancouver
How do I know if my North Vancouver chimney needs repointing?
If you see crumbling mortar between the bricks or white “salt” stains (efflorescence), your chimney is absorbing water. This can lead to structural failure if not fixed.
Can you fix a roof leak without replacing the whole roof?
Yes! Most leaks occur around chimneys, vents, or skylights. We specialize in localized repairs that extend your roof’s life by years.
